A focused core team
Glenn leads investment decisions, Anthony leads planning and delivery, Amberley coordinates operations, and Jielyn supports administration and systems. The core team brings in specialist planners, designers, contractors and advisers when each project needs them.
Founder and Investment Director
Glenn leads investment decisions and funding discussions. His background is in scheme design, technical design and project management, alongside ownership and investment in property businesses.
Development Director
Anthony is a Chartered Surveyor who leads project testing, planning, design coordination and delivery. He assesses whether proposals can be built within budget and coordinates the work required.
General Manager
Amberley coordinates day-to-day operations across Circa45’s projects, working closely with the directors, property operators and professional advisers. She manages project reporting, documentation and outstanding actions.
Executive and Administrative Coordinator
Jielyn supports Circa45’s day-to-day administration and the systems that keep its project companies organised. She works with the directors and General Manager to maintain records, organise documents and track outstanding actions.
